Fort Bragg's family housing areas are divided into distinct neighborhoods with individual character. Each neighborhood has its own Neighborhood Manager and a dedicated maintenance team. The old centralized housing office concept has given way to customer-friendly neighborhood offices serving each individual neighborhood.
Picerne Military Housing
brings strong experience in the development and management of residential property. We adapt the best commercial practices; yet pay heed to military traditions. Just as a large commercial development may have homes of various sizes and configurations reflecting economic strata, and ranging from modest town houses to more spacious single-family homes, so too will Fort Bragg's neighborhoods incorporate housing for a variety of ranks. Neighborhoods will be comprised of sub-neighborhood enclaves exclusively for a particular rank band, including Junior Enlisted, Senior NCOs, Sergeants Major, Company-Grade or Field Grade Officers.
As new neighborhoods are built, each will make a unique architectural statement. Exterior features of the new homes and the décor within Neighborhood Centers will reflect differing themes, such as a seaside theme or a plantation theme.
